Welcome to Yarn Pop!. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yarn Pop! mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by SinoAuto Tech ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements under your local laws and regulations and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Service Description
Yarn Pop! is a casual knit-out rope puzzle game where players untangle colorful ropes, match them with the correct spools, and solve relaxing puzzle challenges.
The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only. It does not involve real-money gambling and does not offer real-world cash rewards or prizes.
4. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to use cheats, bots, automation tools, or unauthorized third-party software; exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended game mechanics; disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or servers; engage in fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unlawful behavior; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations.
5. Advertising
The Service may include advertisements provided by third-party partners, including Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Some advertisements may be personalized based on device data or advertising identifiers. Rewarded advertisements are optional and may provide in-game benefits.
We are not responsible for third-party advertising content, products, services, or websites.
6. Virtual Items
The Service may include virtual items, rewards, currencies, boosters, or other in-game benefits. These virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or transferred outside the Service, and may be modified, removed, balanced, or reset at any time without notice.
